Care Manager

Carly Campbell began her career at Lane House in 2021 as a Care Assistant, where her leadership potential quickly became evident.

With dedication and skill, she progressed to Senior Care Assistant, a role she held with commitment until 2023, when she was promoted to Deputy Manager. In early 2025 Carly embraced the opportunity to become Care Manager, a testament to her passion for growth and her deep commitment to the residents.

Carly’s journey at Lane House perfectly reflects Northgate’s ethos: when potential is recognised, opportunities for development and growth will always follow.
