When Northgate purchased the home, Victoria was already the manager, a role in which she has excelled by ensuring the highest quality of care and a warm, welcoming environment for all.
Victoria’s dedication to the well-being of her residents is evident in every aspect of her work. She goes above and beyond to ensure each individual feels valued and cared for, nurturing a strong sense of community at The Firs.

Chris joined The Firs in 2011 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. With over a decade of dedicated service, his wealth of experience has played a vital role in maintaining the high standards of care we are proud to provide.
Chris is known for his calm, approachable manner and strong leadership, supporting both residents and staff with compassion and professionalism. His deep understanding of care practice and his commitment to person-centred support make him a key figure in the daily running of the home.

Val has been the friendly face and voice at The Firs since 2016. With a warm and welcoming manner, she is often the first point of contact for families, visitors, and professionals, and plays a central role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
