Care Manager
Fallon joined Meadowfields in 2015 as deputy manager, bringing her natural leadership and warmth from day one.
Known for her hands-on approach and infectious positivity, Fallon quickly made a lasting impact, earning the trust and respect of both residents and staff alike. Her passion for care, combined with her tireless work ethic, led to her promotion to Registered Care Manager in 2018.
Beyond her professional role, Fallon is deeply committed to building meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their stories, and making Meadowfields feel like home. Fallon’s door is always open to both residents and their families.
Fallon’s dedication to high standards, both in care and in life, has shaped Meadowfields into a warm, welcoming place where every resident is treated with dignity and respect.

While this is just a small section of our overall team, we are proud to have around 87 committed staff members who work tirelessly to provide the highest quality of care with kindness and compassion.
