Care Manager
Julie Wrighton became the registered manager of Autumn House in 2020, stepping into a challenging environment with determination and vision.
Under her leadership, she successfully transformed the home from a “Requires Improvement” rating to “Good” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), a testament to her strong leadership and passion for raising standards.
With 26 years of experience as a manager in the care industry, Julie has built an excellent reputation along the way. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on approach to management have made her a trusted leader in the field. Julie is passionate about ensuring that every resident receives the highest level of care and that the home operates with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Julie’s dedication and personable nature make Autumn House a place where both residents and staff feel valued, respected, and cared for. Her leadership has truly shaped the home’s nurturing atmosphere.

At Autumn House Nursing Home, our dedicated team is the heart of our home. Each member plays a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of nursing care with compassion and dignity.
