Autumn House Nursing Home is a 67-bed en-suite nursing home situated in the heart of Stone, Staffordshire.
It primarily provides nursing care but also offers residential care for self-funding residents. This dual capability allows the home to adapt to residents’ changing needs, ensuring they receive appropriate and continuous care as their requirements evolve.
We encourage visits to see the quality of the care that residents receive while residing in our homes; the care manager will gladly show you around the home and explain what we can offer.
