Dear Mr Haines,

I am writing to thank you, and the other owners, and the Care Team for all you have done over the past three years in caring for my mother Janine Hughes.

My mother moved into The Firs three years ago and Vicky, Chris and the team made her, and my sister and I feel welcome. As her dementia worsened they cared for her and made us feel happy that she was in such a safe, friendly environment. They saw her through two broken hips, a minor stroke, and the end stage of dementia.
