Dear, Meadowfields Staff

This is just a short letter to compliment you all on the work you have been doing. Since being asked to support the home with one of your residents I have noticed the extra lengths all the staff I have come across have gone to help support this resident and the effort you have all gone to work with me to help improve the situation. Irrespective of the outcome, I felt it was necessary to give praise where it is due as I know from my first-hand experience it can be a very thankless Job working in care.

I consider it a pleasure to work with staff like yourselves who are committed to putting in the extra mile when needed
