Facilities

Meadowfields Care Home is set over two floors in the heart of the countryside, bedrooms are situated on the first and second floors. Communal areas, bathrooms/shower rooms and quiet areas are situated on both floors. Activity Coordinators

Meadowfields employs two full time activity coordinators, one for Oak and the other for Cedar/Beech. We rotate the staff so that they get to know all the residents and their requirements. All residents have different capabilities and needs and we never undervalue what residents can do or achieve, but as with all of us, we must be able to make our own decision’s if we are able to. This must never be taken away from the residents; choice, respect and dignity, this is what the home tries to achieve.
